Audit & Accounts Senior – Banbury

About the role

Pro-Finance is seeking an ACA or ACCA qualified professional to join its Banbury office as an Audit & Accounts Senior. You will work within a modern, growing firm serving a diverse client base across agriculture, property, not‑for‑profit and international sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and review statutory accounts, tax and VAT work for corporate clients.
• Lead and supervise audit assignments both onsite and remotely.
• Support Partners and Managers with compliance and advisory tasks.
• Train and review the work of junior team members.
• Identify opportunities to add value and propose additional services.
• Assist with client seminars and networking events as needed.

Required profile

• ACA or ACCA qualification (essential).
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a UK accountancy practice.
• Strong knowledge of accounting standards and tax principles.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with cloud‑based accounting software such as Xero, Sage and QuickBooks.
