About the role
We are seeking an Audit & Accounts Senior to join our supportive team in Beaconsfield. This role offers a balanced mix of audit and accounts work, exposure to a varied client base and clear progression opportunities.
Key responsibilities
- Lead audits from planning through to completion.
- Prepare statutory accounts for a wide range of SME and owner‑managed clients.
- Support and review junior team members.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a key point of contact.
Required profile
- Minimum 3 years’ experience within a UK accountancy practice.
- Strong experience across both audit and accounts preparation.
- Good understanding of UK accounting standards and compliance.
- Confident communication skills and a proactive mindset.
