Audit & Advisory Manager – Not‑for‑Profit Specialist

About the role

We are looking for an experienced audit professional who is passionate about supporting the Not‑for‑Profit and charitable sectors. As an Audit & Advisory Manager you will join one of the UK’s fastest‑growing challenger firms, working in a hybrid office environment with market‑leading salary and bonus opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of NFP and charity clients, delivering high‑quality external audit services.
• Lead, mentor and develop a team of auditors to ensure consistent service excellence.
• Contribute to internal audit, advisory and ESG‑related projects as required.
• Collaborate directly with the Head of Audit on specialist, high‑impact initiatives.

Required profile

• ACA or ACCA qualified.
• Strong background in external audits for UK‑based NFP clients, including charities.
• Familiarity with FRS 102 and the relevant SORP.
• Advisory or internal audit experience is a plus, not essential.
• Eligibility for visa sponsorship where required.
