Audit and Accounts Senior (Hybrid)

About the role

We are seeking a qualified accountant to join our growing practice in Bath. The role combines audit and accounts work with client relationship management in a hybrid working environment.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare statutory and management accounts for a diverse client portfolio.
• Plan and execute audit assignments from start to finish.
• Manage client relationships and act as a trusted point of contact.
• Review and oversee work completed by junior team members.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and add value for clients.
• Ensure work is completed accurately and within agreed deadlines.

Required profile

• ACA or ACCA qualified.
• Previous experience within an accountancy practice.
• Strong audit and accounts preparation experience.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Commercially minded with a proactive approach to problem‑solving.
