Audit Manager – Social Housing (Hybrid, London)

About the role

Pro-Finance is seeking an Audit Manager to lead its specialist Social Housing and Not‑for‑Profit audit team. You will work with high‑profile housing providers, charities and NGOs, delivering year‑round audit services while developing sector expertise.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of social housing and not‑for‑profit audit clients.
• Coordinate audit teams and oversee multiple assignments from planning to completion.
• Act as the principal client contact throughout the year, building strong relationships.
• Prepare and present audit reports to senior management, audit committees and boards.
• Coach, mentor and develop junior team members.
• Support business development by contributing to proposals, presentations and networking.
• Participate in wider assurance projects and firm‑wide training activities.

Required profile

• ACA, ICAS, ACCA or equivalent professional qualification.
• Strong external audit experience gained within an audit practice.
• Proven ability to manage audit assignments, teams and deadlines.
• Excellent communication and client‑relationship skills.
