About the role

Join a well‑regarded Chartered Accountancy firm in Banbury as an Audit Semi Senior. You will work alongside Audit Seniors and Managers on a diverse client portfolio, gaining exposure to multiple sectors while developing your technical audit expertise.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in planning, executing, and completing audit assignments across a varied client base.
• Prepare statutory accounts and audit files in line with current accounting standards.
• Support junior team members and contribute to their on‑the‑job development.
• Liaise with clients to gather information and resolve audit queries efficiently.
• Identify areas for process improvement and flag potential risk areas to senior staff.

Required profile

• Previous experience working within a UK practice environment.
• ACA/ACCA student actively studying towards full qualification.
• Strong working knowledge of audit procedures and accounting standards.
