About the role
This full‑time position provides the first point of contact for patients, staff and visitors at the Longbridge Community Mental Health Team hub. You will ensure a welcoming, professional reception environment while supporting the multidisciplinary team with essential administrative tasks.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and direct patients, visitors and staff in a friendly manner.
- Manage a busy telephone line, answer queries and route calls appropriately.
- Monitor, record and book appointments for the CMHT.
- Receive and process incoming mail, clinical letters and other correspondence.
- Liaise with multidisciplinary team members, GPs, social workers and external agencies.
- Provide general administrative support to all hub members.

- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Strong organisational and administrative abilities.
- Professional, approachable demeanor.
