About the role
The Bank Pharmacist will work within the Royal Free Hospital outpatient pharmacies, providing professional pharmacy services and acting as the Responsible Pharmacist. You will support the Senior Pharmacist and the wider pharmacy team while ensuring a high‑quality patient and customer experience.
Key responsibilities
- Act as Responsible Pharmacist for the outpatient pharmacy.
- Support the Senior Pharmacist and collaborate with the pharmacy team.
- Develop, implement and review pharmacy policies and services.
- Manage financial, physical and information resources.
- Lead, supervise and develop pharmacy staff.
- Drive research, development and educational activities.
- Maintain professional standards and ensure compassionate patient care.
Required profile
- Qualified pharmacist with experience in an outpatient setting.
- Proven ability to lead and manage a pharmacy team.
- Commitment to delivering respectful and compassionate care.
- Understanding of policy development and service improvement.
- Capability to manage financial and physical resources effectively.
