Bank Support Worker – Part‑time (Adult Autism Care)

About the role

We are seeking a compassionate Bank Support Worker to join our specialist residential service for adults with autism and learning disabilities at Broughton Lodge in Macclesfield. The role is part‑time, bank‑shift based, offering flexible working while delivering high‑quality care.

Key responsibilities

• Provide physical and emotional support to service users, promoting independence and community integration.
• Assist with medical and welfare needs and report as required.
• Maintain a safe, clean environment and safeguard service users.
• Collaborate with a multi‑disciplinary team to deliver outcome‑based care pathways.
