About the role
We are looking for an enthusiastic Barista to join our Costa Coffee store in Weymouth. The role involves serving great coffee and providing an energising customer experience across a flexible 20‑hour weekly schedule, including weekends on a rota basis.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and serve coffee and other menu items to high standards.
- Maintain a clean, welcoming store environment.
- Handle cash and operate the point‑of‑sale system.
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth store operations.
