About the role

Join Costa Coffee in Bristol as a Barista Team Leader, where you’ll drive smooth, efficient shifts while delivering the high‑quality coffee experience Costa is known for. You’ll support and motivate a team of baristas, ensuring every customer leaves with a memorable moment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate daily shifts to maintain service speed and quality.
• Train, coach and support new baristas, fostering a collaborative environment.
• Uphold Costa’s standards for coffee preparation, hygiene and customer service.
• Manage resources, handle cash and stock, and resolve any operational issues.

Required profile

• Reliable role model with accountability and maturity.
• Strong communicator and enthusiastic team player.
• Calm under pressure, adaptable and resourceful.
• Previous experience in a team‑lead role or a willingness to step into one.
