Beauty Consultant – Luxury Skincare (up to £30k + commission)

About the role

We are partnering with a fast‑growing premium skincare brand to hire a Beauty Consultant for its Newcastle store. This is a sales‑driven position focused on delivering an elevated, personalised experience to high‑value clients while meeting ambitious retail targets.

Key responsibilities

• Drive store sales and consistently exceed personal and store KPIs.
• Provide a highly personalised, luxury customer journey at every touchpoint.
• Build and nurture long‑term relationships with discerning clients.
• Maintain impeccable shop‑floor standards, including merchandising and stock management.
• Plan and execute in‑store events and activations to boost engagement.
• Uphold brand presentation, grooming and professional appearance.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Beauty Consultant in a luxury or premium retail environment.
• Strong track record of achieving sales targets and KPIs.
• Excellent client‑eling skills with the ability to retain a loyal client base.
• Commercially astute, results‑driven and self‑motivated.
• Polished, professional demeanor and confidence in delivering a premium retail experience.
• Passionate about skincare and the luxury beauty sector.
• Flexible availability, including weekends.
