Bilingual Customer Sales Advisor – Fluent French & English

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Bilingual Customer Sales Advisor to join a fast‑growing beauty and consumer products business. The successful candidate will be the primary point of contact for French‑ and English‑speaking customers, handling enquiries, processing orders and identifying sales opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound customer enquiries via phone, email and other channels.
• Accurately enter and manage customer orders using internal CRM systems.
• Resolve queries and ensure a high‑quality customer experience throughout the purchase journey.
• Coordinate with internal teams to guarantee timely order fulfilment.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
• Proactively reach out to customers to uncover upsell and cross‑sell opportunities.
• Promote products and services, upselling where appropriate.
• Support showroom appointments and customer visits as needed.
• Contribute to team KPIs and overall service excellence.

Required profile

• Fluent written and spoken French and English.
• Previous experience in customer service, sales support or account management, preferably in a B2B or retail environment.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Proactive, positive attitude and ability to work well in a team.

Required skills

• Experience using CRM systems.
