BIM Coordinator – Commercial & Residential Projects

About the role

The practice is seeking a BIM Coordinator to support and develop BIM delivery across a diverse portfolio of commercial and residential projects in its London studio. You will work closely with architects, consultants and project teams to drive digital design processes, ensuring efficient, accurate and technically robust outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Support and coordinate BIM delivery across multiple architectural projects.
• Provide Revit training, guidance and technical support to project teams.
• Collaborate with architects and consultants to develop BIM strategies, workflows and model setups.
• Assist in the development and implementation of practice‑wide BIM standards.
• Coordinate with external consultants and stakeholders.
• Promote digital design innovation and continuous improvement.
• Manage and prioritise BIM requirements across several live projects.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a BIM‑led or BIM Coordinator role within an architectural practice.
• Prior architectural experience is beneficial.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Required skills

• Expert knowledge of Revit.
• Proficiency with Navisworks.
• Experience using Rhino and Grasshopper plug‑ins.
