BIM Coordinator – Construction Projects

About the role

The BIM Coordinator will manage digital building models across design and construction teams, ensuring that project information is accurate, coordinated and up‑to‑date. This position acts as the primary BIM contact, facilitating collaboration between architects, engineers and contractors to keep projects on schedule and to agreed standards.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and maintain BIM models throughout the project lifecycle.
• Lead BIM coordination meetings with design and construction stakeholders.
• Support the delivery of coordinated model packages to subcontractors and the wider project team.
• Ensure BIM processes align with high‑assurance environment requirements.
• Monitor model quality and resolve clashes or inconsistencies.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a BIM Coordinator on construction projects.
• Strong understanding of BIM processes and model delivery standards.
• Ability to lead coordination meetings and work directly with subcontractors.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
