About the role

We are seeking an ambitious BIM Coordinator to join a leading architectural practice in London that specialises in data centre and mission‑critical projects. This is a unique chance to shape the BIM function from the ground up, working closely with senior management.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the practice’s BIM protocols and standards.
• Conduct regular model audits to ensure quality and compliance.
• Deliver BIM and Revit training across the organisation.
• Lead the BIM function practice‑wide, supporting project teams.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to integrate BIM into project workflows.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a BIM Coordinator or similar role within an architectural or construction environment.
• Ability to work independently and drive BIM adoption across multiple teams.
• Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude.
