BIM Lead (Associate) – Architecture Studio, London

About the role

Our client is a leading international architecture studio based in central London, seeking a BIM Lead (Associate) to drive digital design excellence across their projects. You will shape and grow a dedicated BIM team, ensuring seamless integration of BIM standards and delivering high‑quality architectural models.

Key responsibilities

• Set up Revit projects using approved templates.
• Oversee continuous integration of BIM standards and procedures across studios.
• Develop delivery plans to optimise workflows for diverse projects.
• Coordinate and maintain BIM models and supporting documentation.
• Manage BIM deliverables throughout project execution.
• Streamline BIM processes and ensure model precision and data quality.
• Provide training and support to architectural and interior teams on BIM tools.
• Lead BIM Working Group meetings, prepare agendas and assign tasks.
• Create and update template files and develop Revit families to meet project needs.
• Handle resource management for the BIM team.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years experience as a BIM Coordinator or managing large architectural BIM projects.
• Expert knowledge of BIM, Revit and Navisworks.
• Advanced experience with digital plug‑ins such as Rhino and Grasshopper (beneficial).
• Good understanding of architectural and technical buildability, with knowledge of UK building regulations.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal and written English communication skills.
