About the role

Clear is looking for an experienced electrician to work alongside BMS engineers on building controls and associated electrical systems. The role covers electrical installations linked to BMS projects in commercial building environments, with locations in Essex, London and the region.

Key responsibilities

Carry out electrical installations associated with BMS projects
Install containment, cabling and control panels
Perform electrical testing and fault finding
Assist BMS engineers with controls installation
Read electrical drawings and schematics
Complete installation and testing documentation
Support commissioning activities
Maintain high standards of safety and workmanship

Required profile

Qualified electrician with relevant electrical qualifications
Experience in commercial buildings or building services
Ability to read electrical drawings
BMS/controls experience is advantageous but not essential
Full UK driving licence
