About the role
We are seeking a motivated Sales Administrator to join our Hitchin branch. The role is part‑time (25 hours per week) and involves taking ownership of office administration in a busy, customer‑facing environment.
Key responsibilities
- Support the sales team with day‑to‑day administrative duties.
- Upload property details to multiple property portals.
- Handle customer enquiries both in‑branch and over the phone.
- Monitor and maintain office expenditure within budgeted levels.
Required profile
- Customer‑focused and comfortable in a client‑facing role.
- Resilient, positive, numerate and detail‑oriented.
- Organised with the ability to prioritise workload in a fast‑paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Required skills
- Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and standard internet/email tools.
