Branch Manager – Estate Agency

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Branch Manager to lead a successful branch of a well‑established independent estate agency in the South East. You will own the performance and profitability of the branch while growing market share and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Lead day‑to‑day operations and drive overall branch performance.
• Generate new property instructions and develop business opportunities.
• Conduct market appraisals, convert valuations into listings and negotiate offers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, buyers and local stakeholders.
• Coach, inspire and develop a high‑performing team.
• Monitor local market trends, competitor activity and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
• Consistently achieve and exceed sales and profitability targets.

Required profile

• Proven experience in estate agency with a strong track record of winning instructions and driving sales.
• Previous leadership or management experience within a branch environment.
• Commercially minded, target‑driven and resilient.
• Passionate about delivering outstanding customer service.
• Professional, well‑organised and holder of a full UK driving licence.

• Basic salary of £30,000 per year.
• Realistic OTE of £55,000 with uncapped commission.
