About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Branch Manager to lead our residential sales team in Witney. In this hands‑on position you will be responsible for driving growth, delivering exceptional customer experiences and shaping the future of the branch.

Key responsibilities

• Take full ownership of the branch’s performance and sales targets.
• Motivate, coach and develop a high‑performing residential sales team.
• Value and list properties, ensuring accurate and compelling presentations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with local clients, partners and the community.
• Foster a culture of professionalism, progression and commercial success.

Required profile

• Proven leadership or management experience within an estate agency.
• Strong people‑leadership with a passion for coaching and development.
• Track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Customer‑focused, resilient, organised and commercially minded.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Numerate, detail‑oriented and results‑driven.
• Full UK driving licence.
