Brand Manager – FMCG Household Cleaning Brand

About the role

We are looking for an experienced FMCG marketer to own the brand plan and commercial performance of one of the UK’s most recognisable household cleaning brands. You will work in a hybrid model, spending three days a week in our Maidenhead office, and will be responsible for driving growth through insight‑led strategy and execution.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the annual brand plan and translate strategy into clear, measurable activities.
• Own brand performance against financial, P&L and market‑share targets.
• Analyse brand, category and market data using Nielsen, Kantar and internal reporting.
• Diagnose performance issues and recommend corrective actions.
• Identify growth opportunities through consumer, shopper and market insight.
• Support the NPD pipeline and bring innovations to market.
• Develop and execute integrated 360° campaigns across ATL, BTL, digital, social, OLV and shopper channels.
• Collaborate with media agencies, trade‑marketing, sales and finance teams to ensure strong retail execution.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in brand or FMCG marketing.
• Proven track record of launching new product developments and managing projects end‑to‑end.
• Experience delivering 360° campaigns across TV, digital, social and shopper media.
• Strong commercial mindset with ability to work in a fast‑moving, complex environment.
