Brand Marketing Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking a proactive, creative, and highly organised Brand Marketing Coordinator to support our fast‑growing fragrance brands. Working remotely from anywhere in the UK, you will act as the bridge between commercial, marketing, and distribution teams, ensuring seamless project delivery and brand growth across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Managing Director and Sales Team with day‑to‑day marketing coordination.
• Liaise with marketing teams at key retail customers and strategic partners.
• Coordinate marketing campaigns, product launches, and promotional activities.
• Assist with social media planning, content creation, and campaign execution.
• Research and develop influencer and creator partnerships.
• Identify collaboration opportunities to build brand awareness.
• Organise photoshoots, product launches, events, and brand activations.
• Monitor competitor activity and emerging trends in beauty, fragrance, and social media.
• Track campaign performance and prepare reports.
• Manage marketing assets and ensure partners receive required materials.

Required profile

• Naturally organised with a strong sense of ownership.
• Creative mindset combined with a hands‑on approach.
• Excellent written and spoken English (native level).
• Outstanding communication skills for dealing with retailers, partners, and influencers.
• Commercially aware, understanding that marketing drives business results.
• Proactive, resourceful, and comfortable working independently from home.
• Detail‑oriented with a commitment to high‑quality output.
• Ability to juggle multiple projects and adapt to changing priorities.
• Enthusiastic about beauty, fragrance, lifestyle, or consumer brands.
