Brickwork Estimator

About the role

The Brickwork Estimator will deliver high‑quality masonry packages for residential and commercial developments across the UK. You will work with Tier 1 developers and contractors, preparing competitive bids and supporting the project team from tender through to completion.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the commercial and financial competitiveness of brickwork packages at the tender stage.
• Produce accurate take‑offs for a variety of projects.
• Analyse drawings and specifications to fully understand project requirements.
• Prepare and present quotes, discussing details with clients.
• Collaborate with major contractors such as Multiplex, Kier, Willmott Dixon, Bellway, Wates and Landsec.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an estimator, preferably within brickwork, masonry or related fields.
• Strong numerical ability and high attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organised, presentable, enthusiastic and self‑motivated.
