Building Surveyor – Cornwall – Up to £50k

About the role

Join a well‑established, independent property and construction consultancy in Cornwall, delivering a diverse range of surveying and project services across the South West. You will work on residential, commercial and public sector projects, providing professional building surveying and contributing to project delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out building surveys and produce detailed reports for a variety of sectors.
• Assist with project delivery, including contract administration and on‑site coordination.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication.
• Support the preparation of tender documents and manage contractual obligations.

Required profile

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in building surveying.
• Proven ability to deliver a range of professional surveying services.
• Experience in contract administration (highly desirable).
• Excellent communication and client‑facing skills.
• Ability to manage projects and build strong client relationships.
• Working towards or already holding MRICS status is advantageous but not essential.
