Business Development Consultant – Luxury Estate Agency

About the role

Our client, a leading independent luxury estate agency, is expanding its central Business Development team in London. The Business Development Consultant will generate valuation opportunities for both sales and lettings across a network of over 70 offices, working from the Strand office on a full‑time, Monday‑to‑Friday schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to homeowners and landlords to secure market appraisal appointments.
• Book valuation appointments for the Sales and Lettings teams and generate new leads for the nationwide network.
• Qualify potential vendors and landlords, build rapport and handle objections.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM system and update appointment statuses.
• Collaborate with negotiators and valuers across the country to ensure smooth hand‑over.
• Consistently meet daily and monthly KPIs.

• Confident, target‑driven sales professional who enjoys speaking to people.
• Resilient and able to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑volume outbound environment.
• Available to work Monday‑Friday with no evenings or weekends.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems for lead tracking and appointment management.

What we offer

• Basic salary of £25,000 per year.
• Generous uncapped commission structure with OTE around £40,000.
