Business Development Executive – TikTok Shop (Fashion & Home)

About the role
Join TikTok Shop’s rapid expansion in the UK e‑commerce market. As a Business Development Executive you will drive seller acquisition and growth across Fashion, Collectibles, Books and Home & Living categories, working on a 6‑12 month fixed‑term contract.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct outbound prospecting via email, phone and social channels to identify high‑potential seller partners.
- Deliver initial pitches, translate TikTok Shop’s value proposition into tailored offers, and assess seller fit.
- Guide sellers through end‑to‑end onboarding, registration, account setup and activation.
- Collaborate with internal cross‑functional teams to support seller growth and GMV targets.
- Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly acquisition and GMV growth targets within a 3‑6 month horizon.
Required profile
- Proven B2B sales development or full‑cycle sales experience.
- Experience in a high‑growth e‑commerce, marketplace or platform business is a strong advantage.
- Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills.
- Strong time‑management, organisational abilities and capacity to work autonomously in a remote‑first environment.
- Availability for a 6‑12 month fixed‑term contract.
