Business Development Intern – TikTok Shop Beauty (Summer 2026)

About the role

This 12‑week summer internship supports TikTok Shop’s Beauty & Fashion teams in driving strategic initiatives and category growth. You will work on real‑world projects that combine affiliate management, product development, livestream shopping and data analysis.

Key responsibilities

• Affiliate and creator engagement: manage affiliate projects, support creator events, campaign execution and product matchmaking.
• Category & product development: collaborate with the Assortment Team to identify emerging hero products and drive viral success.
• Livestream & campaign support: provide strategic and hands‑on assistance for livestream shopping initiatives and develop innovative campaigns to boost content visibility and sales.
• Data analysis & performance tracking: conduct in‑depth data analysis, generate actionable insights and monitor key initiatives such as seller missions, live shopping sessions and advertising revenue.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing an undergraduate or master’s degree in 2026 or a related technical discipline.
• Available to work full‑time for a 12‑week summer internship in 2026.
• Familiarity with TikTok Shop’s model and ability to articulate its benefits to merchants.
• Awareness of ByteStyle culture and the broader tech and e‑commerce ecosystem.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and data‑interpretation abilities.
