Business Development Lead – Mobility & Fleet Partnerships

About the role

Hiyacar is looking for a Business Development Lead to drive growth across corporate accounts, fleet partners and new market segments. You will work closely with marketing, operations and product teams to shape propositions, remove barriers to sales and ensure an excellent customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities with corporate accounts, vehicle‑owner networks, fleet partners, local authorities and community car‑clubs.
• Build, manage and grow a pipeline of high‑value partnerships and deals, including large fleets, property developers and business travel programmes.
• Negotiate commercial terms, contracts and service level agreements with partners.
• Collaborate with marketing and product to tailor go‑to‑market approaches for new segments.
• Develop strategies to increase vehicle supply and improve utilisation.
• Monitor market trends, competitive landscape and regulatory changes in mobility and sharing‑economy services.
• Represent Hiyacar in partner meetings and industry forums as a thought‑leader.

Required profile

• 3‑5+ years of proven business development or partnership experience, preferably in mobility, car‑rental, fleet, sharing‑economy or SaaS.
• Strong negotiation and commercial skills with a track record of closing significant deals.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, comfortable engaging senior stakeholders.
• Strategic thinker who can also roll up sleeves to execute growth plans.
• Data‑driven mindset: comfortable defining KPIs and using insights for decision‑making.
• Experience working cross‑functionally with product, marketing and operations teams.
• Self‑motivated, entrepreneurial attitude and ability to thrive in a fast‑moving environment.
