Graduate Management Trainee – Rotational Programme

About the role

This two‑year Graduate Management Development Programme with Nikon UK offers a hybrid working model (2 days in the office, 3 days remote) and a structured rotation across key commercial functions. Graduates will gain hands‑on experience, contribute to live projects and develop the commercial acumen needed for future leadership roles.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in rotations within Marketing, Sales, Commercial Planning and Customer Service.
• Support product launches, media communications and social media content creation.
• Assist retail customers, prepare sales reports and analyse market data.
• Contribute to budget planning, commercial insights and data‑driven decision making.
• Handle customer enquiries via phone, email and face‑to‑face at events, maintaining accurate records.

Required profile

• A 2:1 degree or higher.
• Minimum 7 GCSEs at grade 7, including Maths and English.
• At least 3 A‑Levels at grade B or above.
• Demonstrated leadership and initiative through university, work, sport or volunteering.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
