About the role

We are looking for a motivated Business Development Manager to join our growing team in Manchester. You will turn warm, pre‑qualified leads into long‑term clients, deliver engaging product demos and help drive the company’s revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Convert warm leads into lasting client relationships.
• Conduct product demonstrations for decision‑makers.
• Maintain and develop a robust sales pipeline.
• Collaborate with internal teams to maximise sales opportunities.
• Act as a trusted advisor, providing expert guidance to clients.
• Analyse data to shape sales strategy and decision‑making.

Required profile

• Proven sales experience, preferably in a consultative or B2B environment.
• Strong organisational and time‑management abilities.
• Resilient, adaptable and target‑driven.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
