Business & First Class Travel Consultant

About the role

We are seeking a Business & First Class Travel Consultant to join a leading premium travel service in Central London. The role focuses on delivering bespoke air‑travel solutions for high‑net‑worth individuals, corporate executives and VIP clients, ensuring a seamless booking experience from start to finish.

Key responsibilities

• Arrange and manage complex domestic and international itineraries in Business and First Class, including round‑the‑world and multi‑stop journeys.
• Provide a high‑touch, consultative service, capturing client preferences and special requests.
• Construct fares and issue tickets, leveraging consolidator rates and smart fare sourcing to maximise value.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of premium airline products, frequent‑flyer programmes and fare rules.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in a travel agency, TMC or luxury concierge environment.
• Proven ability to serve high‑net‑worth and corporate clients with a focus on quality and discretion.
• Strong understanding of premium airline offerings and international routing principles.

Required skills

• Expertise in at least one major GDS, preferably Galileo.
