Business Manager – Automotive Dealership

About the role
We are seeking an experienced Business Manager to join a leading automotive dealership group in East London/Essex. You will work closely with the showroom team to drive sales performance, profit and customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Stack and control deals alongside Sales Executives.
- Assist Sales Executives with diary management and lead handling.
- Drive prospecting activities and support the sales pipeline.
- Collaborate with senior management to improve profit, sales targets and customer experience.
Required profile
- Current experience in a franchised dealership in a Sales Controller, Business Manager or Transaction Manager role.
- Enthusiastic, competitive and driven attitude.
- Proven ability to influence and develop a sales team.
