Business Manager – Finance & Insurance

About the role

Derby Audi is seeking a Business Manager to lead its Finance & Insurance department. The role sits at the heart of sales enquiries, ensuring customers understand their obligations while driving finance and add‑on performance.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow the Finance & Insurance department across all dealership activities.
• Lead the sales team, develop talent and achieve finance‑related targets.
• Ensure transparent, fair treatment of customers and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Handle customer enquiries, providing clear explanations of financial products.
• Work flexible patterns, including weekends, to deliver high service levels.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Sales Executive, Sales Controller or Business Manager with strong financial and commercial understanding.
• Outstanding work ethic with the ability to lead and inspire colleagues.
• Excellent organisational, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Team‑oriented mindset with a focus on shared objectives and performance goals.
