Business Manager – Finance & Insurance

About the role

Jaguar Land Rover South West London, part of the Sytner Group, is seeking a Business Manager to lead its Finance & Insurance department. You will be at the centre of sales enquiries, driving team performance and ensuring customers receive clear, fair advice.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow the Finance & Insurance department across the dealership.
• Handle incoming sales enquiries and convert them into profitable finance deals.
• Develop, coach and motivate the sales team to exceed targets.
• Ensure customers fully understand their contractual obligations, acting with integrity and fairness.
• Work flexible patterns, including occasional weekends, to deliver high‑level service.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Sales Executive, Sales Controller or Business Manager within an automotive or similar environment.
• Strong financial and commercial understanding.
• Outstanding work ethic with the ability to lead and inspire colleagues.
• Excellent organisational, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Team‑oriented mindset with a focus on shared objectives.
