C# Commando Software Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a skilled Software Engineer with strong C# and .Net Core expertise to join our trading floor team. The role supports USD swaps traders by building and maintaining critical front‑office applications and works closely with global teams in Paris, New York and Tokyo.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and code front‑office applications for the USD Swap trading desk.
• Transform tactical tools into long‑term, integrated solutions.
• Provide daily operational support to keep applications running smoothly.
• Participate in change‑management and design new risk and PnL solutions.
• Industrialise trading tools to improve efficiency.
• Contribute to the commando community and back‑up colleagues as needed.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a developer on a trading floor.
• Strong background in software engineering.
• Excellent problem‑solving abilities.
• Effective team player.
• Good knowledge of software factory concepts and practices.
