Call Centre Operator – Parts South West Hub

About the role

Join the Parts South West hub of Stellantis & You as a Call Centre Operator. You will be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring orders are processed on time and providing expert advice on original equipment (OE) and aftermarket products.

Key responsibilities

• Meet all order deadlines as directed by the line manager.
• Collaborate with other hub departments to fulfil customer requirements.
• Develop expertise in Stellantis OE and aftermarket product ranges.
• Communicate clearly with customers, upsell and cross‑sell where appropriate.
• Ensure accurate invoicing and estimating for each transaction.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive sales and improve margins.
• Handle inbound calls promptly and professionally.

Required profile

• Excellent telephone etiquette and communication skills.
• Ability to sell and upsell products confidently.
• Attention to detail for accurate invoicing and estimating.
• Customer‑focused mindset with strong relationship‑building abilities.
• Team player who can work collaboratively across departments.
