Carpet & Flooring Salesperson – Retail Store

About the role

Join the South's leading retailer of carpets, flooring and beds as a Carpet & Flooring Salesperson in our busy Poole store. You will be the front‑line contact for customers, helping them choose the right products for their homes.

Key responsibilities

• Assist customers throughout the showroom, providing product advice and answering queries.
• Maintain and exceed sales targets while delivering excellent customer service.
• Process orders, manage stock levels and ensure accurate inventory control.
• Keep the showroom tidy, well‑presented and up‑to‑date with the latest product ranges.

Required profile

• Motivated and confident with a customer‑focused attitude.
• Able to communicate effectively with people from diverse backgrounds.
• At least 1 year of experience in flooring or carpet retail.
