About the role
Nextgen is seeking a People & Culture Officer to lead the employee lifecycle across its global operations. You will partner with department managers and the wider P&C team to ensure smooth recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and off‑boarding processes.
Key responsibilities
- Lead end‑to‑end recruitment and onboarding for multiple disciplines worldwide.
- Provide employee‑relations support, including performance management, conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
- Assist payroll administration and verify accuracy of payroll data.
- Prepare employment letters and update HR systems throughout the employee cycle.
- Support the HR Lead with compensation benchmarking, benefits analysis and HRIS reporting.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies across all regions.
- Analyse HR data to measure program effectiveness and produce monthly reports for the HR Director.
- Manage multiple HR projects such as new HR system implementations, global payroll, and benefits schemes.
Required profile
- Proven experience managing global hiring and onboarding processes.
- Strong stakeholder satisfaction focus and ability to deliver best‑practice onboarding.
- Ability to produce accurate HR reports and drive proactive actions.
- Immediate availability or notice period of less than 15 days.
Required skills
- Proficiency with HRIS platforms.
- Data analytics and reporting capabilities.
