Change Tutor – Full‑time Teaching Role

About the role

We are seeking a passionate Change Tutor to inspire and empower young people in Telford. You will deliver our Change Curriculum, acting as a trusted role model and guide to help learners build resilience, confidence, and the skills needed for education, training, employment, and independence.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver engaging lessons aligned with the Change Curriculum, tailored to individual learning needs.
• Plan and prepare fun, differentiated activities that promote active participation.
• Monitor and record learner progress, engagement, and achievement.
• Analyse data to identify learning gaps and design targeted interventions.
• Develop, evaluate, and continuously improve course materials and curriculum delivery.
• Report outcomes to the Teaching, Learning and Assessment Lead and collaborate on priority setting.
• Contribute to initiatives that foster inclusive, psychologically safe learning environments.
