Channel Manager – Reseller Partnerships & B2B Sales

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Channel Manager to lead and grow our global reseller network. Based in Warrington, you will own the development of partner relationships and drive B2B sales of our automation software across more than 50 countries.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute growth plans for existing and new reseller partners.
• Provide training, sales support and performance coaching to help partners convert opportunities.
• Monitor partner performance, analyse results and implement improvement actions.
• Collaborate with marketing, technical pre‑sales and customer success teams to equip partners with the right resources.
• Lead, motivate and develop a dedicated partner‑management team.

Required profile

• Proven experience in partner management, reseller or indirect sales within a technology‑focused environment.
• Track record of leading and developing a team, setting clear goals and fostering professional growth.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders.

Required skills

• Experience selling technically complex software or IT solutions.

What we offer

• Base salary up to £45,000 with OTE potential of £60,000.
