About the role

Join a dedicated team that raises vital income for Cats Protection, the UK’s leading feline welfare charity. You will work at pre‑booked venues such as supermarkets and shopping centres, engaging the public in friendly, purpose‑driven conversations and encouraging monthly donations.

Key responsibilities

• Approach visitors at assigned venues and communicate the mission of Cats Protection.
• Secure monthly donor commitments through face‑to‑face interaction.
• Meet or exceed individual fundraising targets.
• Maintain accurate records of donor information and daily activity.
• Represent Charity Link professionally and uphold brand standards.

Required profile

• Positive attitude with excellent communication skills.
• Confidence to build quick rapport with the public.
• Passion for animal welfare and charitable causes.
• Reliable, resilient and target‑driven.
• Previous fundraising or sales experience is a plus but not essential.
