About the role
Join the launch team of Brasserie Olivia, a vibrant modern French brasserie opening in Chelsea. As a Chef de Partie you will work in a fast‑paced, people‑led environment, delivering high‑quality French dishes while supporting the kitchen crew.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items to La Nouvelle Garde standards, ensuring consistency and flavour.
- Maintain strict portion control and minimise waste to manage food costs.
- Lead and train Commis Chefs, oversee prep lists, mise en place and stock rotation.
- Keep your section clean and compliant with HACCP and safety regulations.
Required profile
- Several years of experience in busy, high‑energy restaurants.
- Strong service mindset with a passion for making guests feel valued.
- Calm, professional presence and excellent organisational skills.
