Civils Groundworker – Full‑time On‑site Role

About the role
B. LINE PLANT LIMITED is seeking a motivated Civils Groundworker for a full‑time, on‑site position in the Midlands. You will join a collaborative team delivering high‑quality groundworks and landscaping projects for a variety of clients.
Key responsibilities
- Operate plant and hand‑held equipment safely on site.
- Carry out excavation, backfilling and drainage system installation.
- Perform landscaping tasks and manage tree work on project sites.
- Maintain site safety standards and adhere to health & safety regulations.
- Work closely with other tradespeople to ensure project timelines are met.
Required profile
- Valid CSCS Card and knowledge of UK construction safety standards.
- Good physical fitness and ability to perform manual labour.
- Strong teamwork and communication abilities.
- Previous experience in construction or civil engineering is advantageous.
