Claims & Service Adviser – Insurance Claims & Customer Service

About the role

The Claims & Service Adviser will work for an established insurance provider, handling a range of insurance products such as gadget, mobile phone, travel and ticket protection. You will be responsible for processing claims, supporting customers with policy queries and managing complaints, delivering a high‑quality service from start to finish.

Key responsibilities

• Manage claims for gadget, mobile phone, travel insurance and ticket protection.
• Assist customers with policy queries, renewals, cancellations and payments.
• Handle customer complaints professionally and efficiently.
• Liaise with underwriters, repair partners, finance teams and other internal departments.
• Take ownership of cases from initiation to resolution to ensure excellent outcomes.

Required profile

• Previous claims handling or customer service experience within a regulated insurance environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities.
• Positive, proactive and customer‑focused attitude.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
