Class 1 Category C+E Driver – Permanent, £16.35/hr

About the role

Join DPD’s modern fleet as a Class 1 Category C+E driver, working a permanent 40‑hour week (Monday‑Friday, 11:00‑19:45) without weekend shifts. You’ll be part of the UK’s greenest delivery team, handling high‑volume parcel collections and deliveries across the local area.

Key responsibilities

• Perform multi‑drop collections and deliveries, meeting time‑sensitive schedules.
• Maintain accurate digital journey records and comply with tachograph regulations.
• Load and unload trailers safely, ensuring freight integrity.
• Represent the DPD brand professionally, providing world‑class service.

Required profile

• Valid UK driving licence with CE entitlement.
• At least 6 months experience operating LGV C+E vehicles.
• Current UK CPC card and a valid digital tachograph card.
• Reliability, safety‑conscious attitude and alignment with DPD values of passion, respect and accountability.

Required skills

• LGV C+E vehicle operation.
• Digital tachograph usage.
