Client Advisor – Luxury Retail (Edinburgh)

About the role

As a Client Advisor you will deliver a personalized, high‑end experience to every guest who walks into our Edinburgh boutique, turning their aspirations into a Gucci creation. You will be the face of the brand, building lasting relationships and driving sales through exceptional service.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve individual and team sales targets and key performance indicators.
• Utilise cross‑selling and up‑selling techniques to maximise each transaction.
• Create an engaging, emotional client experience in line with Gucci hospitality standards.
• Develop and nurture a local and international client base, identifying and cultivating top clients.
• Combine styling knowledge with product mix‑and‑match to meet client needs.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a high‑end luxury fashion brand or hospitality environment.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Passion for Gucci and a solid understanding of luxury fashion.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure setting.
• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.
• Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends.
