Client Processing Specialist

About the role

BNY is looking for a Client Processing Specialist to join its Custody Services team in Manchester. You will work with a variety of data sources and client communications to ensure the accurate and timely processing of financial transactions.

Key responsibilities

• Capture and consolidate data from multiple providers.
• Communicate with clients via email and phone as needed.
• Meet tight, market‑driven deadlines.
• Process transactions accurately using bespoke systems.
• Input and extract data across several specialized platforms.

Required profile

• Strong Excel proficiency, including formula use.
• High attention to detail with a proven record of error identification and correction.
• Ability to work under short deadlines.
• Highly numerate with excellent organisational skills.
• Experience managing own workload and deadlines.
• Background in financial services and handling customer data.
• Familiarity with non‑Microsoft and workflow systems.
• Interest in applying AI tools within the workplace.
