About the role
BNY is looking for a Client Processing Specialist to join its Custody Services team in Manchester. You will work with a variety of data sources and client communications to ensure the accurate and timely processing of financial transactions.
Key responsibilities
- Capture and consolidate data from multiple providers.
- Communicate with clients via email and phone as needed.
- Meet tight, market‑driven deadlines.
- Process transactions accurately using bespoke systems.
- Input and extract data across several specialized platforms.
Required profile
- Strong Excel proficiency, including formula use.
- High attention to detail with a proven record of error identification and correction.
- Ability to work under short deadlines.
- Highly numerate with excellent organisational skills.
- Experience managing own workload and deadlines.
- Background in financial services and handling customer data.
- Familiarity with non‑Microsoft and workflow systems.
- Interest in applying AI tools within the workplace.
