Client Reporting Analyst

About the role

Aon is looking for a Client Reporting Analyst to join its UK Operations team in Leeds. Working in a hybrid model, you will support fiduciary clients and funds by delivering regulatory, board, valuation and performance reporting, as well as producing fund factsheets.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain complex spreadsheets containing valuation, transaction, performance, attribution and risk data for investment reporting.
• Ensure quarterly investment reporting data is uploaded to the Client Reporting Portal on schedule.
• Produce bespoke reports for UK and European clients and monthly valuation statements.
• Collaborate with internal teams to create monthly fund factsheets.
• Prepare and verify regulatory reports such as SORP risk disclosures and AIFMD reporting.
• Generate committee and board reports for internal and external meetings.
• Maintain procedures, checklists and controls, and contribute to project work.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and client outcomes.

Required profile

• Strong organisational skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to meet fixed deadlines for recurring and ad‑hoc reporting tasks.
• Comfort working in a fast‑moving, multi‑asset fund‑of‑funds environment.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel for building and maintaining complex spreadsheets.
