Collections Support Analyst – Data & Reporting

About the role

We are looking for a Collections Support Analyst to turn complex data into actionable insights that guide our leasing business. The role works closely with suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure accurate reporting and identify improvement opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse large datasets and produce performance insights.
• Collaborate with suppliers to gather and verify information.
• Present findings in clear formats such as spreadsheets and PowerPoint.
• Identify problems and trends, recommending enhancements to reporting.

Required profile

• Proactive individual with strong analytical mindset.
• Excellent communication skills with internal teams and external partners.
• Interest in emerging AI tools for future reporting enhancements.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.

Required skills

• Experience with data analysis and reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau and Excel.
• Familiarity with finance systems and accounting principles, including double‑entry bookkeeping.
• Ability to communicate findings effectively to varied audiences.
